Grill Chicken Masala Jack's Style (Indian)


 

Ingredients Required :-

Chicken 1kg (Skin Removed) Pieces 100 - 150gms Each

Curd (Dahi) 50ml

Coriander (Dhania) Powder 1/2 tsp

Red Chilly Powder 50gms

Black Pepper Powder 1tsp

Chicken 65 Masala Powder 100gms (Any Brand)

Tandoori Masala Powder 150gms (Everest or MTR preferable)

Lemon (Neembu) 2pcs

Cooking oil (Peanut Oil or Sunflower Oil) 2tbsp

Salt 1 full tsp or As per required

                                                                    TSP is Tea Spoon

                                                                    TBSP is Table Spoon

Wash the chicken with water use 1 tsp Turmeric (haldi) powder or Vinegar (Sirka) that is what i do LOL 😂 No offence

keep it a side and let dry for at least 20 minutes.

Take a bowl and pour the curd,

Mix all the spices Coriander powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black pepper powder, Chicken 65 masala, Tandoori Masala and Salt then Mix them together into a fine batter,

then cut the Lemon and squeez it into the batter and mix them firmly, finally pour the oil into the batter.

Then put the dried chicken pieces into the batter and mix them and see that no place in the chicken is without the batter and leave it a side for at lease 1 hour to marinate... 

there it is ready to grill... 




Tip from Jack

What happens when you wash the chicken with Turmeric (Haldi) or Vinegar (Sirka)?

Turmeric or Vinegar helps you get rid of the blood odour from the meat.

and Try to wash chicken with water atleast 2 - 3 times it helps get rid of any unwanted particles from the meat.
